This is my sort of “non-chronological travel blog” where I write about places, experiences, observations, and whatever else comes to mind from wherever I am now.

Why am I the world’s worst tourist?  Well, lets just say that although I love traveling, I don’t seem to be very good at it.  I unfailingly make travel plans far too last-minute, and I usually show up in cities without knowing a single attraction to visit.  Of course, this has made me overlook interesting things at times, but other times it’s led to the best trips imaginable.  (Sometimes it has also led me to move to different countries without a whole lot of foresight, but that’s a different story!)

I currently spend my time teaching English, studying, translating, trying to figure out what’s next… and occasionally remembering that I have a blog.

At the moment I’m located in Rome, Italy.  But ask again tomorrow, these things have been known to change!
